The IKI VILLAGE project is located along Ring Road 3 – extended Lò Lu Road, in Long Phước Ward, Thu Duc City, Ho Chi Minh City, and is developed by An Khai Hung Investment Joint Stock Company.

The project is being developed on a land area of approximately 5.1 hectares, comprising 02 residential towers of 30 above-ground floors and 2 basement levels. It offers 424 apartment units featuring private green garden spaces, with a total gross floor area of 151,889 m². The development also includes a commercial–service podium, wellness amenities, and a riverside park of approximately 1 hectare.

The project was officially groundbroken on April 17, 2026, and is expected to be launched in Q3 2026 and handed over in Q1 2028.
