The Urban Functional Area Project on Nguyen Trai (Cao – Xa – La) is located at 233, 233B and 235 Nguyen Trai, Khuong Dinh Ward, Hanoi, with the Investor consortium comprising Xavinco, Thang Long Real Estate Investment Business JSC, and Xalivico Co., Ltd., and Masterise Homes as the Developer.

The project is being developed on a site area of approximately 11 hectares, including about 5.2 hectares of residential land for a mixed-use complex (residential, commercial, and services), comprising 11 buildings of up to 45 above-ground floors and 3 basement levels, delivering more than 4,500 apartments; in addition to over 1.73 hectares for educational facilities, approximately 1.5 hectares for serviced office/short-term accommodation, and 0.45 hectares for public amenities.

The project was groundbroken on April 20, 2026, and the expected completion timeline has not yet been announced.
