The Ha Thanh Hotel and Resort Project is located in Tam Thanh Commune, Tam Ky City, Quang Nam Province, and is developed by Vinaconex with a total investment of approximately VND 452 billion (USD 18 million).

The project is developed on a site area of approximately 2 hectares, comprising a 5-storey hotel block and a resort villa complex, providing 152 hotel rooms and 36 resort villas.

The project held its groundbreaking ceremony on April 20, 2026, and the expected completion timeline has not yet been announced.
