The Celesta Gold project is located on Nguyen Huu Tho Street, South Saigon, and is jointly developed by Nha Be Real Estate Joint Stock Company together with Keppel, Phú Long, and Nomura Real Estate Vietnam, with the total investment currently not officially disclosed.

The project is being developed on a land area of more than 12,800 m² (1.28 hectares), comprising 01 tower of 25 storeys, including a commercial podium and officetel component, providing approximately 420 high-end apartments and 15,000 m² of commercial floor area. The project is developed in accordance with the BCA Green Mark Gold (Singapore) construction standard.

The project officially broke ground on May 7, 2026, and is expected to be completed and handed over in Q4 2027.
