The STown Gateway project is located in Trung Quarter, Bình Hòa Ward, Ho Chi Minh City, and is developed by STC Corporation with a total investment of approximately VND 1,466 billion (USD 55 million).

The project is being developed on a land area of approximately 8,816.28 m², comprising 02 towers of 25 storeys and 02 basement levels, providing around 974 apartments together with integrated amenities and commercial-service facilities for residents.

The project officially broke ground on May 5, 2026, and is expected to be completed in 2028.
