The GO! Pho Yen Shopping Center Project is located in Yen Binh Urban Area, Van Xuan Ward, Thai Nguyen Province, and is developed by Viet Nhat Pho Yen Real Estate Joint Stock Company with a total investment capital of more than VND 400 billion (USD 15 million).

The project is being developed on a site area of more than 12,000 m², following a modern multi-purpose commercial center model, including a GO! hypermarket, food and beverage areas, entertainment facilities, convenience retail chains, and fashion brands. In particular, the GO! hypermarket area covers approximately 4,736 m² and is expected to offer more than 40,000 products to serve the shopping needs of local residents.

The project was officially commenced on May 15, 2026, and is expected to be completed and put into operation in October 2027.
