The Lancaster Lincoln project is located on Nguyen Tat Thanh Street, Xom Chieu Ward, Ho Chi Minh City, and is developed by Trung Thuy Group.

The project is being developed on a land area of approximately 8,098 square meters and consists of two nearly 40-story residential towers and one 8-story amenities tower. It will provide 750 apartments with a total gross floor area of approximately 86,000 square meters, along with 25,000 square meters of basement space.

The project officially resumed superstructure construction on May 16, 2026, and is expected to be completed in 2028.
