The KNIC Nam Long Thanh Industrial Park Project (KNIC Nam Long Thanh), located in Long Thanh District, Dong Nai Province, is developed by KN Holdings with a total investment capital of approximately VND 10.5 trillion (USD 396 million).

The project is planned on an area of more than 1,000 hectares in Phase 1 and is oriented toward the development of a modern industrial park model, integrating synchronized manufacturing infrastructure, logistics, business support services, and an international-standard operational ecosystem.

Construction of the Phase 1 infrastructure officially commenced on May 21, 2026, and is expected to be substantially completed by Q4 2026 for handover to secondary investors to commence factory development.
