The Triton Crown Phú Mỹ Hưng project is located at Lot CR9 in the Crescent Area (Crescent Lake Area), Tân Mỹ Ward, Ho Chi Minh City, and is developed by Phu My Hung Development Corporation.

The project is being developed on a site area of approximately 1.21 hectares, comprising two 18-storey towers with two basement levels, delivering 301 high-end apartments and 32 commercial service units (shophouses), with a total gross floor area of approximately 65,000 square metres.

The project officially broke ground on May 20, 2026, with the basement structure expected to be completed by February 2027, and the entire project scheduled for handover in Q4 2028.
