The CCTM1 project is located within the integrated Mizuki Park urban area in southern Ho Chi Minh City, developed by Nam Long Group in partnership with two Japanese companies: Hankyu Hanshin Properties and Nishi Nippon Railroad.

The project is part of the approximately 26-hectare township and consists of one 20-storey apartment tower, providing around 191 residential units, together with a commercial podium and a range of internal amenities including a swimming pool, gym, and community spaces.

The project was officially groundbroken on May 20, 2026, and is expected to be completed in 2028.
