The Binh Giang Industrial Park Project is located in Nguyen Luong Bang Commune and Thuong Hong Commune, Hai Phong City, within the Hai Phong Special Economic Zone, and is developed by Kinh Bac City Development Holding Corporation (KBC) as the Project Investor, with a total investment of approximately VND 1.755 trillion (equivalent to around USD 67 million).

The project is being developed on a site area of approximately 147.9 hectares, following a multi-sector industrial park model with fully integrated technical infrastructure. The development is expected to attract investment in high-tech industries, clean industries, electronics, precision engineering, logistics, and supporting industries.

The project was officially groundbreaking on May 14, 2026, with construction scheduled to commence in Q3 2026 and commercial operation expected in Q4 2027.
