The Tam Hiep High-Rise Mixed-Use Residential Development is located on Phan Trung Street, Tam Hiep Ward, Dong Nai City, and is being developed by Bcons Group with a total investment of nearly VND 4.5 trillion.

The project is being developed on a site of approximately 3 hectares and comprises residential towers of 22 above-ground floors and 2 basement levels. Upon completion, it is expected to provide approximately 2,820 residential units, integrated with a range of supporting facilities and functions, including residential apartments, commercial and service areas, a kindergarten, community facilities, parking areas, landscaped green spaces, recreational areas, and synchronized technical infrastructure.

The project was officially groundbroken on May 27, 2026, and is expected to be completed and put into operation during the 2028–2029 period
