The Maison Privée Project is located within the Ciputra Urban Area, Tay Ho District, Hanoi, and is being developed by a joint venture between CapitaLand Development, Mitsubishi Estate, and Nomura Real Estate Development, with a total investment of approximately VND 11.7 trillion (USD 450 million).

The project is being developed on a site area of approximately 40,000 sq m, comprising two 35-storey residential towers and providing approximately 490 luxury residences, including premium apartments and duplex units, with a total gross floor area of approximately 150,000 sq m.

The project is expected to commence construction in Q4 2026 and is scheduled for completion around 2030.
