The NovaWorld Phan Thiet Healthcare Center Project is located within the NovaWorld Phan Thiet Tourism Urban Area, Tien Thanh Ward, Lam Dong Province, Vietnam. The project is developed by NovaGroup, with professional support and medical expertise provided by the University Medical Center Ho Chi Minh City.

The project will be developed with a total gross floor area of approximately 5,400 m², comprising a three-storey building designed to provide a comprehensive range of healthcare services, including periodic health screening, specialist consultations, diagnostic imaging, laboratory testing, physiotherapy and rehabilitation, aesthetic treatments, proactive health management, and emergency first-aid services.

Construction officially commenced on 13 June 2026, and the facility is expected to become operational in 2027.

Upon completion, the project is expected to serve as a key component of the integrated resort, sports, and healthcare ecosystem within NovaWorld Phan Thiet. The Healthcare Center will support the development of Wellness & Medical Tourism and capitalize on the growing opportunities presented by Vietnam’s emerging Silver Economy, catering to the increasing healthcare and wellness needs of an aging population.
