Plant No. 4 of Dong A Phu My Co., Ltd. is located at Phu My 3 Specialized Industrial Park, Tan Phuoc Ward, Ho Chi Minh City, and is developed by Dong A Phu My Co., Ltd. (a subsidiary of Dong A Steel Joint Stock Company) as the Investor.

The project is being developed to expand production capacity and manufacture specialized steel products serving the household appliance, furniture, automotive, and other high-tech manufacturing industries. The plant is designed with a total production capacity of approximately 1.2 million tonnes of products per year, of which Phase 1 will have a capacity of 300,000 tonnes per year.

The project officially commenced construction on 09 June 2026. Phase 1 is expected to be completed and commence operations in 2027.
