The Golden Farm Manufacturing Plant Project is located on Road No. 7, Giang Dien Industrial Park, Tam Phuoc Ward, Dong Nai Province, and is developed by Golden Farm Co., Ltd. as the Investor.

The project is being developed on a site area of approximately 53,000 m², with a total construction floor area of approximately 30,000 m². The development comprises one- to two-storey industrial buildings, together with supporting facilities, technical infrastructure systems, internal roads, yards, and landscaped green areas serving the plant’s manufacturing operations.

The project officially commenced construction on 09 June 2026. The completion date and commencement of operations have not yet been officially announced.
