The Towa Southern Star Factory Project (Phase II) is located at Lot II-5, Hoa Phu Industrial Park, Phu Quoi Commune, Vinh Long Province, and is developed by Towa Industry (Vietnam) Co., Ltd.

The project is being implemented on a site area of approximately 20,714 m² and represents an expansion phase of the existing Towa Southern Star Factory. The main components include production workshops, warehouses, administrative facilities, auxiliary buildings, and integrated technical infrastructure systems to support precision engineering manufacturing and supporting industries.

The project officially broke ground on 23 June 2026 and is expected to be completed and put into operation in 2027.
