The High-Tech Electronic Packaging Paper Manufacturing Plant Project is located in Khánh Phú Industrial Park, Đông Hoa Lư Ward, Ninh Bình Province, and is developed by GĐT Ninh Bình Joint Stock Company as the Project Developer, with a total investment of approximately VND 3.05 trillion (approximately USD 115 million).

The project is being developed on a site of approximately 11 hectares, with a designed production capacity of 360,000 tonnes per year. The plant will be equipped with highly automated, state-of-the-art production lines imported from Europe, the United States, China, and other industrially advanced countries, serving the manufacture of high-tech electronic packaging paper for both the domestic and export markets.

The project officially broke ground on 7 June 2026, while the expected completion date has not yet been announced.
