The Lotte Eco Smart City Project is located in Functional Area No. 2A, An Khánh Ward, Ho Chi Minh City, and is developed by Lotte Properties HCMC as the Project Developer, with a total investment of approximately VND 60 trillion (equivalent to approximately USD 2.3 billion).

The project is being developed on a 7.54-hectare site (75,400 m²), comprising six land parcels (Lots 2-1 to 2-6) in the heart of the Thủ Thiêm New Urban Area, adjacent to the Central Square and Central Lake. It is planned as a mixed-use complex featuring commercial, retail, office, hotel, and high-end residential components, while incorporating EDGE and LEED green building standards to promote long-term sustainability.

The project is scheduled to break ground in 2026, while the expected completion date has not yet been announced.
