The TT GENESIS Project is located on a 30-metre-wide frontage road within the Dao Su Tich Residential Area, Phuoc Kien Commune, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The project is jointly developed by TT Capital, Vietmax Capital, Cosmos Initia (Daiwa House Group, Japan), Hinokiya Group, and Koterasu Group, with a total investment of over VND 6 trillion (approximately USD 230 million).

The project is being developed on a 19,000 m² (1.9-hectare) site and comprises two residential towers with 30 above-ground storeys and two basement levels, providing 1,426 apartment units and 12 townhouses. The development also features more than 8,000 m² of outdoor amenities and 2,800 m² of indoor facilities, offering a comprehensive living environment for residents.

The project officially broke ground on 3 July 2026. The developer has not yet publicly announced the project’s overall completion or handover schedule.
