The Goertek Employee Accommodation and Public Service Complex is located in Nam Son – Hạp Lĩnh Industrial Park, Nam Son Ward, Bac Ninh Province, and is developed by Goertek Vina Smart Technology Co., Ltd. The project has a total investment of approximately USD 100 million (VND 2.6 trillion).

Developed within Nam Son – Hạp Lĩnh Industrial Park, the project comprises one 11-storey building with a total gross floor area of approximately 130,000 m². It will provide 1,328 accommodation units, housing approximately 4,800 employees, experts, and workers. In addition to the residential facilities, the development will feature a supermarket, dining and retail areas, and a range of public service amenities.

Construction officially commenced on 29 June 2026, with completion scheduled for Q1 2028.
