The Dowooinsys Vina Phase 2 Plant Project is located in Song Cong II Industrial Park, Thai Nguyen Province, and is developed by Dowooinsys Vina Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of NP Group (South Korea). The project has a total investment of approximately USD 130 million (around VND 3.38 trillion).

The project involves the construction of an Ultra-Thin Glass (UTG) manufacturing plant to support Samsung Display’s foldable display supply chain. It is being developed within the existing Dowooinsys Vina manufacturing complex at Song Cong II Industrial Park on a site of approximately 25,300 m², with a total gross floor area of approximately 17,600 m². The first phase comprises production workshops, cleanrooms, utility systems, electrical systems, and fire protection systems.

The project officially broke ground on 8 July 2026, with Phase 1 scheduled for completion in January 2027.
