The Him Lam Phuc Loi Social Housing Project is located in Phuc Loi Ward, Hanoi, Vietnam, and is developed by Him Lam Joint Stock Company.

The project is being developed on a site covering approximately 13.5 hectares (135,000 m²) and comprises 12 residential towers, each rising 21 storeys, providing approximately 4,700 social housing units and 1,000 commercial apartments. The development is designed as an integrated residential community with supporting infrastructure and essential public amenities.

The project officially broke ground on 10 July 2026 and is scheduled for completion in 2030.
