The Van Xuan Social Housing Project is located in Van Xuan Ward, Thai Nguyen Province, Vietnam, and is developed by Saigonres Van Xuan Real Estate Co., Ltd., with a total investment of approximately VND 1.163 trillion (around USD 45 million).

The project is being developed on a site covering approximately 31,700 m² and comprises four 15-storey residential buildings, providing approximately 1,194 social housing apartments. The development also includes integrated technical infrastructure, social infrastructure, and a full range of supporting amenities.

The project officially broke ground on 19 May 2026 and is scheduled for completion in the fourth quarter of 2028.
