The Rental Housing Component of the Pho Hien Ward Social Housing Project is located in Pho Hien Ward, Hung Yen Province, and is developed by Vinhomes Joint Stock Company (Vingroup) as the investor. The overall Pho Hien Ward Social Housing Project spans approximately 31 hectares, with the rental housing building forming one of its key components.

The rental housing component consists of one 9-storey residential building providing approximately 320 rental apartments for workers, industrial employees, students, civil servants, public employees, and other residents in need of affordable rental housing. The overall project will deliver approximately 5,500 social housing units, providing homes for around 11,935 residents.

The project officially broke ground on 28 June 2026 and is scheduled for completion in 2027.
