The Housing Project for the People’s Public Security Forces is located at 7/39 Ấp Cây Dầu, Tăng Nhơn Phú Ward, Ho Chi Minh City, and is developed by An Cu Duc Phu Joint Stock Company.

The project is being developed on a 5,023 m² site and consists of one 30-storey residential tower with two basement levels, with a total gross construction floor area of approximately 59,980 m².

Construction of the project officially commenced on 16 July 2026. The project completion date has not yet been announced.
