Groundbreaking of the High-Rise Towers Package under the Maia Ho Tram Project in Ho Tram Commune, Ho Chi Minh City

Package P07 – Construction of the High-Rise Towers under the Maia Ho Tram Project is located in Ho Tram Commune, Ho Chi Minh City (formerly Xuyen Moc District, Ba Ria – Vung Tau Province). The project is developed by VinaLiving, a member of VinaCapital Group.

The package comprises two high-rise resort towers: Tower A, a 33-story building with 587 guest rooms, and Tower B, a 34-story building with 620 guest rooms. The towers form part of the Maia Ho Tram integrated resort, which will be managed and operated by Fusion. Developed as a premium integrated resort destination, the project features high-quality accommodation, comprehensive resort amenities, and hospitality services, with the vision of becoming an internationally recognized resort destination in Ho Tram.

Construction of Package P07 officially commenced in July 2026, with completion scheduled for the end of 2028.
