The Workers’ Accommodation and Rental Factory Project, part of Tran Anh – Tan Phu Industrial Park, is located in Hiep Hoa Commune, Tay Ninh Province, and is developed by DNN – Tan Phu Investment Joint Stock Company, a member of Tran Anh Group. The workers’ accommodation project has a total investment of approximately VND 350 billion (around USD 13.4 million).

The workers’ accommodation project is being developed on a 2.4-hectare site and will provide 800 apartment units to meet the housing needs of workers and employees working within the industrial park.

The project officially broke ground on July 19, 2026, and is scheduled for completion in the third quarter of 2028.
