The VSIP Da Nang Industrial Park Project is located in Dien Ban Bac Ward, Da Nang City, and is developed by Vietnam Singapore Industrial Park Development Joint Stock Company (VSIP JSC) with a total investment of approximately VND 6.210 trillion (around USD 238 million).

The project will be developed on a 300-hectare site as a modern, integrated industrial park, comprising industrial land, warehouses, logistics facilities, technical infrastructure, service areas, and supporting facilities. The development is intended to attract investments in high-tech industries, electronics, precision engineering, logistics, and supporting industries.

The project officially received investment policy approval in July 2026. Upon completion of the required legal procedures, construction of the project’s infrastructure is expected to commence. It will become the first VSIP industrial park in Da Nang City, contributing to the expansion of the city’s industrial development space and enhancing investment attraction in Central Vietnam.
