The The Westique Residences Project is located on Kinh Duong Vuong Street, An Lac Ward, Ho Chi Minh City, and is developed by Viet Capital Real Estate (VCRE).

The project is being developed on a site of approximately 2,100 m² and will provide 99 apartments under the “Boutique Living” concept. The project features a range of amenities, including an infinity pool, gym and yoga area, jacuzzi, children’s playroom, community room, electric vehicle charging station, and a rooftop Sky Park.

The project broke ground on July 29, 2026, and the expected completion date has not yet been announced.
