The Thinh Minh Industrial–Urban Complex of Five Projects is located in Thinh Minh Commune, Phu Tho Province, developed by a consortium of Da Hop Trading Joint Stock Company, Thang Long Import-Export Investment Joint Stock Company, and Hop Long Investment & Business Company Limited as the Investors, with a total investment of VND 7.596 trillion (approximately USD 292 million).

The complex covers a total area of approximately 592 hectares, comprising the Thinh Minh Industrial Park with an area of nearly 430 hectares, Thinh Minh 1 Industrial Cluster covering more than 72 hectares, Phu Minh Ecological Urban Area covering more than 87 hectares, Phu Minh Social Housing Area covering 2.79 hectares, and the Thinh Minh Commune Water Supply Pipeline System. The respective projects have total investments of approximately VND 4.832 trillion, VND 575 billion, VND 1.675 trillion, VND 400 billion, and VND 114.5 billion.

The complex officially broke ground on August 14, 2026.
