The Evergreen Premium Social Housing Project is located in Phuc Thinh Commune, Hanoi, and is developed by a consortium of Saigon – Bac Giang Industrial Park Joint Stock Company and Evergreen Bac Giang Sustainable Development Investment Joint Stock Company as the Project Investor.

The project covers an area of nearly 40 hectares and comprises 21 buildings, providing more than 8,000 apartments. The project is planned as an integrated development with a comprehensive system of on-site amenities, including schools at various levels, a shopping and commercial center, service facilities, landscaped parks, sports areas, swimming pools, community facilities, parking areas, and public spaces.

The project officially broke ground on August 18, 2026, and is expected to be implemented through 2030.
