The Takashi Ocean Suite Project is located in Subzone 4, Nhon Hoi Ecotourism Urban Area, Quy Nhon Dong Ward, Gia Lai Province, developed by NTR Real Estate Investment Joint Stock Company and Amber Capital Group as the Investors.

The project has an overall scale of 17 39-story towers. During the restart on August 8, 2026, three high-rise residential buildings, namely HH-2-1, HH-2-2, and HH-2-3, were officially launched for development. The project is envisioned as a modern coastal urban development combining residential spaces, landscaped areas, amenities, and community facilities.

The project officially held its restart ceremony on August 8, 2026, and the expected completion date has not yet been announced.
