The La Brise Resort Project is located in Tan Mai Ward, Nghe An Province, developed by Sunwin One Member Company Limited as the Investor, with a total investment of VND 2.15 trillion (approximately USD 84 million).

The project is being developed on a total site area of nearly 218 hectares, including approximately 89 hectares for the resort, 90 hectares for the golf course, and 38.75 hectares for green areas. The project is planned as an integrated resort, sports and entertainment complex, comprising tourist villas, a luxury hotel, and an 18-hole golf course.

The project broke ground on August 19, 2026, with legal procedures and land allocation expected to be completed in Q1 2027, followed by construction. The entire project is expected to be completed in Q4 2029.
