On the morning of July 19, at Lot TMDV 05 in the Bac Song Cam Urban Area, Thuy Nguyen Ward – directly opposite Hai Phong City’s new Political and Administrative Center – the ground-breaking ceremony for the Central Point Hai Phong Project was held by Kinh Bac City Development Holding Corporation.

Covering a total area of over 47,400 m², the project consists of 9 residential towers, with the tallest reaching 40 stories, offering approximately 1,500 apartments. In addition to the residential zone, the development integrates a convention and exhibition center, hotel, office space for lease, and shophouses – forming a modern, multifunctional urban complex.

The project is currently in the land leveling phase, with groundwork and initial construction items underway.

The groundbreaking ceremony of the Central Point Hai Phong project marks an important milestone, kicking off the development of a modern, dynamic, and multi-functional urban complex that will help transform the landscape of the Bac Song Cam area and elevate the quality of life in Hai Phong.
