The Tam Thang Expanded Industrial Park Phase 2 project is located in Thang Truong Commune, Da Nang City, with Capella Quang Nam Joint Stock Company as the Investor, and a total investment of approximately VND 550 billion.

The project covers a land area of approximately 110.7 hectares and involves the development and operation of industrial park infrastructure, with the aim of attracting green, modern, advanced-technology, and highly competitive investment projects.

The project officially broke ground on August 22, 2026, with an implementation period of 48 months from the date the investor is allocated or leased the land.
