The Libera Nha Trang project (formerly known as Vega City Nha Trang) is a premium integrated resort, commercial, and entertainment complex located at Bai Tien, Pham Van Dong Street, Vinh Hoa Ward, Nha Trang City, Khanh Hoa Province.

The development is invested and developed by Vega City Joint Stock Company (a member of KDI Holdings), in collaboration with prestigious international partners such as Masterise Homes, Gran Meliá, Meliá Hotels International, and Hyundai E&C. It is one of the key projects aiming to transform Nha Trang into a world-class tourism, resort, and entertainment hub.

Scale: 43.81 hectares, divided into 2 phases:

• Phase 1:61 ha (construction density: 32.4%)
• Phase 2:2 ha (details yet to be finalized)
• Overall construction density:7%

Phase 1 (15.61 ha) includes:

• 168 shophouses, 98 Gran Meliá Nha Trang Villas and The Lotus Opera House already handed over and in operation
• Ongoing construction of The Paramount & Meliá Nha Trang, and The SanHôme Tower (30 floors) – part of the Flex Home beachfront apartment zone and the Meliá 5-star hotel residence.
• Preparations underway for Vega Beach Club.

The entire Phase 1 is expected to be completed by 2026.
