Within the FPT Technology Urban Area in Da Nang, FPT City – FPT Da Nang Urban JSC has announced that Central Construction JSC has officially been awarded the contract to build the FPT Plaza 4 condominium. The project is located on Lot B5-3, Hoang Minh Thang Street, Hoa Hai Ward, Ngu Hanh Son District, Da Nang.

FPT Plaza 4 is developed on a land plot of 18,905 m², with a construction density of 43% and a total gross floor area of 196,575 m². The development consists of 20 above-ground floors and 3 basement levels, delivering approximately 1,400 modern apartments surrounded by green spaces and a comprehensive range of amenities.

Construction commenced in March 2025, with the basement structure now completed. The project is scheduled for handover in the second quarter of 2027.
