On the morning of August 9, 2025, the project developer — Thủ Thừa Industrial Park & Urban Development JSC (IDTT) — officially broke ground on the nearly VND 3,000 billion infrastructure investment project for Thủ Thừa Industrial Park, located in Thủ Thừa Commune, Tây Ninh Province (following the administrative merger of Long An and Tây Ninh).

Thủ Thừa Industrial Park covers an area of approximately 170.7 hectares and prioritizes industries such as processing and manufacturing, supporting industries, electrical and electronic manufacturing, logistics, and high-tech agriculture. The project applies green and smart standards, offering a comprehensive industrial ecosystem including water treatment, renewable energy, worker accommodation, and logistics services.

The project will be developed in two phases:

• Phase 1: Construction of technical infrastructure, scheduled for completion by the end of 2025.
• Phase 2: Expansion based on investor demand, expected to be completed during 2026–2027.
