Launch of the Bac Hoa Khanh Social Housing Project in Hoa Khanh Ward, Da Nang City

The Bac Hoa Khanh Social Housing Project, located on Nguyen Chi Trung Street, Hoa Son 6 Resettlement Area, Hoa Khanh Ward, Da Nang City, operates under the commercial name Ori Hoa Khanh and is developed by Hoi An Real Estate Joint Stock Company as the Project Investor. The project has a total investment of approximately VND 1.3 trillion (USD 50 million).

The project will be developed on a land area of approximately 1.4 hectares, comprising three 20-story apartment buildings and one basement level, with a total scale of approximately 963 apartments. The project has a total construction floor area of approximately 77,057.5 sq.m, including approximately 51,283.4 sq.m of residential floor area.

The project was officially launched on August 28, 2026, and is expected to be completed in 2029.
