On the morning of August 19, 2025, in Yen My Commune, Yen My District, Hung Yen Province, Hoa Phat Yen My Urban Development JSC (a member of Hoa Phat Group) officially broke ground on the Worker and Social Housing Project at Yen My II Industrial Park. The development covers an area of approximately 31 hectares, with a total investment of nearly VND 5,000 billion.

The project will comprise 27 apartment buildings, up to 11 floors high, with a total gross floor area of nearly 580,000 square meters, providing about 9,000 apartments along with 250 commercial townhouses (shophouses). In addition, the project integrates a full range of amenities and social infrastructure, including: a central park boulevard, pedestrian streets, community libraries, a cultural center, healthcare services, schools, and commercial-service areas. The development is designed to accommodate around 11,500 residents, primarily workers employed at Yen My II Industrial Park and neighboring industrial zones.

The first apartment blocks are expected to be completed and handed over by June 2027, helping to meet the urgent housing demand of local workers and communities.
