The Phase 2 Accommodation Project for experts and workers at Đồng Văn I Industrial Park (Expansion) is being developed by Gemtek Vietnam Co., Ltd. on lot DVTM-3, within the adjusted 1/500 master plan of Đồng Văn I Industrial Park (Expansion, West of the Expressway), Bạch Thượng Ward, Duy Tiên Town, Hà Nam Province.

The project covers a land area of approximately 23,996.5 m², with a maximum construction density of 50%, and includes five residential buildings of 9 to 10 storeys.

It aims to provide a modern, eco-friendly living complex that meets the accommodation needs of both experts and workers at the industrial park.

Construction officially commenced on August 14, 2025, and completion is expected after two years of construction.
