The Housing, Commercial, and Service Complex Project is located in Truong Vinh Ward, Nghe An Province, developed by Sun Group as the Investor, with a total investment of more than VND 8,700 billion (approximately USD 341 million).

The project is implemented on a land area of about 3.74 hectares, consisting of podium blocks for commercial, service, educational, and serviced apartment functions ranging from 1–3 floors; residential towers with heights of 35–37 floors along with 2 basement levels. The project is situated on the axis connecting Vinh Airport with the urban center via V.I. Lenin Boulevard, contributing to the expansion of housing, commercial, service, and utility spaces for the area.

The project officially commenced on August 19, 2026, and the completion timeline has not yet been announced.
