On the morning of August 19, 2025, the Workers’ Housing Project with approximately 1,200 apartments at An Nghiệp Industrial Park officially broke ground. The project is invested by Aranya Vietnam Joint Stock Company and located within the Trade Union Facilities Complex at An Nghiệp Industrial Park, Sóc Trăng Ward, Cần Thơ City.

The project is designed to meet the housing demand of workers and employees, particularly those working in An Nghiệp Industrial Park, thereby contributing to stabilizing livelihoods and promoting socio-economic development in Sóc Trăng Ward and Cần Thơ City.

Developed on a land area of around 3.5 hectares, the project will feature six social housing apartment blocks ranging from 9 to 15 floors, providing 1,200 units to accommodate about 2,500 workers and employees.

The construction will be implemented in two phases:

• Phase 1: Development of technical infrastructure, construction of a kindergarten, and five social housing blocks. To commence within 12 months from land handover and to be completed within 36 months.
• Phase 2: Construction of the commercial building and the remaining social housing apartments. To begin upon completion of Phase 1, with an execution period of 9 months and completion within 21 months.
