The Phu Ninh Resort Project, developed by Phu Ninh Joint Stock Company (PNC) – a member of Da Nang International Terminal Investment and Operation Joint Stock Company (AHT), has officially broken ground.

The project is located on a land plot of over 20,000 m² on Vo Nguyen Giap Street, Dong Hoi City. It will feature:

• 250 five-star international standard hotel rooms
• 8 luxury villas
• A conference center with a capacity of 500 guests
• Various supporting amenities

The total investment capital is nearly VND 800 billion.

This groundbreaking marks the first step in AHT’s long-term strategy toward 2030, which aims to establish a chain of premium services “from aviation infrastructure to luxury resorts”, offering international travelers a world-class experience.

The Phu Ninh Resort Project is among the projects that commenced on August 19, 2025, in Quang Tri Province, in celebration of the 80th Anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day (September 2).
