The New-Generation Social Housing Project CT-3 is located on the frontage of Nguyen Van Linh Boulevard, Binh Hung Commune, Ho Chi Minh City, developed by Tien Phuoc Real Estate Joint Stock Company as the Investor.

The project is implemented on a land area of more than 3,100 m², with one building block consisting of 18 floors above ground, providing 342 apartments with diverse layouts including studio units, one-bedroom, one-bedroom +1, and two-bedroom apartments, ranging in size from 25 to 60 m².

The project is scheduled to break ground on August 28, 2026, and is expected to be completed in 2029.
