The K-Home Avenue Project in Đồng Nai is part of the “K-Home” social housing series built to Singaporean standards, located in Nhơn Trạch Commune and developed by Kim Oanh Land (a member of Kim Oanh Group). It was officially launched on August 21, 2025, alongside K-Home Midtown and K-Home Skyview, contributing to the national goal of delivering 1 million social housing units by 2030.

Covering an area of over 35 hectares in Nhơn Trạch (Đồng Nai), the project offers a mix of townhouses, condominium apartments, and commercial shophouses. Inspired by Singaporean design, the development emphasizes natural lighting, optimal ventilation, and a wide range of internal facilities to elevate living standards—balancing convenience, green spaces, and financial efficiency for low-income households.

In total, the three projects are expected to provide more than 5,500 social housing units.
