The Apartment Complex Project in Tan Thuan Ward is located on the main arterial road Nguyen Van Linh Boulevard, Tan Thuan Ward, Ho Chi Minh City, developed by Hung Loc Phat Corp as the Investor, with a total investment of more than 7,500 billion VND (~300 million USD).

The project is implemented on a land area of 28,462 m², with six tower blocks, including 35 floors above ground and 2 basement levels, providing approximately 1,200 high-end apartments along with a commercial–service complex (shophouses, offices, retail spaces), with a total construction floor area of about 177,000 m².

The project officially broke ground on August 26, 2026, and is expected to be completed in 2030.
