The Ha Long Bay Marriott Hotel Project is located on the frontage of Le Thanh Tong Street, Hong Gai Ward, Ha Long City, Quang Ninh Province, developed by Hon Gai Pharmaceutical – Medical Supplies Co., Ltd. (a member of Thang Long Real Group) as the Investor.

The project is implemented on a land area of approximately 3,182 m², with a maximum scale of 35 floors including 32 floors above ground and 3 basement levels, providing about 350 five-star standard hotel rooms.

The project officially broke ground on August 27, 2026, and is expected to be completed during the period of 2029–2030.
