The Golden Square Cao Bang Project is located at De Tham New Urban Area, Thuc Phan Ward, Cao Bang City, developed by Dong A Golden Square Joint Stock Company – a member of Alphanam Group as the Investor.

The project is implemented on a land area of approximately 1.2 hectares, with two residential towers on a podium, each rising to 15 floors, with a total gross floor area of nearly 69,700 m². It will provide about 698 social housing apartments ranging from 68.9 to 76.6 m² (2–3 bedrooms).

The project officially broke ground on August 27, 2026, and is expected to be completed in the second quarter of 2028.
